BREAKING THE SWORD : HANDSHAKE (SUCKER PUNCH)
Defense A:
- Right foot sweeps back clockwise (CW) to 10:30, as your left hand grabs the attacker’s right hand as the right hand maintains grip.
- Rotate the attackers right arm CW so that the elbow faces down.
- Place the attackers elbow on top of your left shoulder Pull down with both hands against the attacker’s right wrist.
- Breaking the elbow over your left shoulder.
- Left arm will keep the attackers right arm on top of your shoulder while your right elbow strikes the attacker’s right rib cage.
Defense B:
- Right foot sweeps back clockwise (CW) to 10:30, as your left hand grabs the attacker’s right hand as the right hand maintains grip.
- Rotate the attackers right arm CW so that the elbow faces down.
- Place the attackers elbow on top of your left shoulder Pull down with both hands against the attacker’s right wrist.
- Breaking the elbow over your left shoulder.
- Left arm will keep the attackers right arm on top of your shoulder while your right elbow strikes the attacker’s right rib cage.
