DROPPING THE STAFF (OVERHEAD CLUB ATTACK)

1. Step up left hard bow at a 45 degree angle, left open hand parry to the wrist of the club hand, right kung fu wrist hook, swing the arm down into the left open hand, right side kick to the knee, set in right horse, pull the opponent into a right side elbow to the head.
