KNEE LIFT : LOW FRONT BEAR HUG, ARMS PINNED

Defense:

  1. Both thumbs strikes the attackers groin then use a right knee to the groin.
  2. followed by heel palm strikes to the heart and then a side thrust kick to the left knee.

Defense E:

  1. Both thumbs strikes the attackers groin then use a right knee to the groin.
  2. followed by heel palm strikes to the heart and then a side thrust kick to the left knee.
