- Left foot steps out to 9:00 as you pivot your body CCW to face 7:30.
- With a right extended outward block to the inside of the attackers left grabbing arm as you drop into a slight right soft bow with a left hand covers.
- Right hand grabs the inside of the attackers left arm, right hand continues to hold the attackers left arm.
- Right snapping back kick to the attackers left rib cage plant kick back down right snapping back kick to the attackers left knee.
