1. SALUTATION :
Start with salutation by placing right foot out, left hand makes a fist right hand makes a shield, the step out left and present hands, roll hands over step back left then right as you go back to neutral stance.
2. ATTACK 12:00: TWO-HEADED SERPENT
Step to 12:00 as you proceed with the technique, then step back to 3:00 into square horse stance.
3. ADJUSTMENT STEP OR TECHNIQUE
Strike both hands down then strike up with a double claw
4. ATTACK 6:00: CIRCLING ELBOWS
Right after the double claw strike from your last position proceed right into circling Elbows.
5. ADJUSTMENT STEP OR TECHNIQUE
After executing the technique right foot will adjust to 3:00, and proceed go into a Chinese “L” block towards 3:00
6. ATTACK 6:30: CRASH OF THE EAGLES PT.2 (I)
From last position step left to 2:30 and proceed with the Crash of The Eagles Pt. 2 (I)
7. ATTACK 7:30: CROSSING TALON (A)
Left hand comes out, then place right hand on top and proceed with Crossing Talon.
8. ATTACK 4:30: HEEL HOOK (A)
Without loss of motion as Crossing Talon ends go right into Heel Hook (A)
9. ATTACK 9:00: BRIDGING THE GAP
Step forward right to 9:00 and proceed with Bridging the Gap
10. ATTACK 4:30: HEADLOCK (A)
You are going to step left to 10:30 and execute Headlock (A) towards 4:30
11. ATTACK 10:30: LOCKING ARM
Immediately from last technique you will go right into Locking Arm by stepping back to 4:30 with right foot, finish the technique facing 10:30.
12. ATTACK 4:30: SHACKLE BREAK
As soon as Shackle breaks end you are going to flow right into Shackle Break without loss of motion.
13. ATTACK 6:00 SILK WIND
From the last technique you will need to place right foot at 10:30 and go immediately into Silk Wind.
14. ATTACK 12:00: ADVANCING PHOENIX
From your last position you will pivot to face 12:00 and execute Advancing Phoenix.
15. ATTACK 12:00: FRONT BEARHUG (E)
You will step back right to 6:00 and flow right into Front Bearhug (e)
