- Ready Stance
- Move left foot to left, left walking stance ,high side block to left with left outer forearm
- Middle punch to left with right fist, maintain left walking stance
- Move left foot from left to right, turn clockwise 180°, form right walking stance, high side block with right outer forearm
- Middle punch to right with left fist, maintain right walking stance
- Move left foot to centre forward, form right L-stance, middle guarding block with knife-hand
- Move right foot to centre forward, form right walking stance, middle thrust centre forward with right straight fingertip
- Twist right knife-hand together with body counter clockwise, palm downward, left foot centre forward, turn counter clockwise form left walking stance, high side strike to centre forward with left back fist
- Move right foot forward, form right walking stance, high side strike to centre forward with right back fist
- Move left foot to centre right, turn counter clockwise, left walking stance, high side block , with left outer forearm
- Middle punch to centre right with right fist, maintain left walking stance
- Move left foot from centre right to centre left, turn clockwise form right walking stance, high side block with right outer forearm
- Middle punch to F with the left fist while maintaining a right walking stance toward F.
- Move the left foot to centre right, form left walking stance, high wedging block centre right with outer forearm
- Middle front snap kick centre right with right foot, hands position doesn’t change
- Lower right foot to centre right, right walking stance, middle punch to centre right with right fist
- Middle punch to centre right with left fist, maintain right walking stance, Perform 15 and 16 move in fast motion
- Move right foot to centre left, right walking stance, high wedging block to centre left with outer forearm
- Middle front snap kick to centre left with left foot, hands position same as move 17
- Lower left foot to centre left, left walking stance, middle punch to centre left with left fist
- Middle punch to centre left with right fist, maintain left walking stance, Perform 19 and 20 move in fast motion
- Move left foot to left back, form left walking stance, rising block with left forearm
- Move right foot to left back, form right walking stance, rising block with right forearm
- Move left foot to left, turn counter clockwise, form sitting stance, middle side strike to left with left knife-hand
- Bring left foot to the right foot, move right foot to right, form sitting stance, middle side strike to right with right knife-hand
