Opening

  1. Begin in a meditative horse stance.

Section 1

  1. Step toward 12:00 with your right foot to form a right forward bow stance,
  2. Deliver a right upward parry check,
  3. Deliver a left front heel palm check.
  4. Pivot counterclockwise to form a right neutral bow stance facing 12:00.
  5. Drop your hands into a right standard defensive position.
  6. Slide your right foot toward 6:00 to form a right 45 degree cat stance facing 12:00.
  7. Deliver a right outward downward parry check.
  8. Deliver a left inward parry check.
  9. Raise your right leg to form a left front one-legged stance.
  10. Deliver a right outward horizontal heel palm check.
  11. Deliver a left upward parry check.
  12. Plant your right foot toward 6:00 to form a left front twist stance facing 12:00.
  13. Drop your hands into a right standard defensive position.
  14. Pivot clockwise to form a left neutral bow stance facing 12:00.
  15. Switch your hands into a left standard defensive position.
  16. Drop into a left wide kneel stance facing 12:00.
  17. Deliver a left upward parry check.
  18. Deliver a right outward horizontal heel palm check.
  19. Pivot counterclockwise to form a left close kneel stance facing 12:00.
  20. Switch your hands into a left standard defensive position.
  21. Rise up to form a left neutral bow stance facing 12:00.

  24. Deliver a right upward parry check.

  3. Drop into a convex (diamond) stance facing 12 : 00 .
  4. Deliver right and left push-down checks.
  5. Cross your right hand over your left hand to form a crossed push-down check.
  6. Pivot into a concave stance facing 12 : 00.
  7. Cock both hands at your hips .

Section 4

  1. Pivot counterclockwise to form a left close kneel stance facing 9:00,
  2. Deliver a right downward heel palm check,
  3. Deliver a left horizontal heel palm check.
  4. Pivot clockwise to form a right close kneel stance facing 3:00.
  5. Deliver a left downward heel palm check.
  6. Deliver a right horizontal heel palm check..

  1. Slide your right foot toward 9:00 to form a left rear twist stance facing 3:00.
  2. Deliver a right outward downward block,
  3. Your left hand covers high.
  4. Step toward 9:00 with your left foot to form a right neutral bow stance facing 3:00.
  5. Switch your hands into a right standard defensive position.
  6. Slide your left foot toward 3:00 to form a right rear twist stance facing 9:00.
  7. Deliver a left downward block.
  8. Your right hand covers high.
  9. Step toward 3:00 with your right foot to form a left neutral bow stance facing 9:00.
  10. Switch your hands into a left standard defensive position.
