Opening

  1. Begin in a meditative horse stance.
  2. Cock both hands at your hips.

Section 1

  1. Deliver a right upward elbow strike.
  2. Deliver a right rear elbow strike.
  3. Follow with a right inward horizontal elbow strike.
  4. Deliver a right outward horizontal elbow strike.
  5. Deliver a left upward elbow strike.
  6. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  7. Deliver a left rear elbow strike.
  8. Follow with a left inward horizontal elbow strike.
  9. Deliver a left outward horizontal elbow strike.

Section 2

  1. Step toward 12:00 with your right foot to form a right neutral bow stance,
  2. Deliver a right inward downward diagonal elbow strike,
  3. Cock your left hand at your hip.
  4. Step toward 12:00 with your left foot to form a left neutral bow stance.
  5. Deliver a left inward downward diagonal elbow strike.
  6. Cock your right hand at your hip..

Section 3

  1. Step toward 6:00 with your left foot to form a right neutral bow stance facing 12:00.
  2. Deliver a right inward overhead elbow strike,
  3. Cock your left hand at your hip.
  4. Deliver a right upward elbow strike.
  5. Follow with a right downward elbow strike.
  6. Step toward 6:00 with your right foot to form a left neutral bow stance facing 12:00.
  7. Deliver a left inward overhead elbow strike.
  8. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  9. Deliver a left upward elbow strike.
  10. Follow with a left downward elbow strike.

Section 4

  1. Step back with your left foot to form a horse stance facing 12:00.
  2. Deliver a right inward downward diagonal elbow strike,
  3. Cock your left hand at your hip.
  4. Deliver a right outward downward diagonal elbow strike.
  5. Deliver a left inward downward diagonal elbow strike.
  6. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  7. Deliver a left outward downward diagonal elbow strike.

  1. Deliver a right inward horizontal elbow strike,
  2. Cock your left hand at your hip.
  3. Deliver a right outward horizontal elbow strike.
  4. Deliver a left inward horizontal elbow strike.
  5. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  6. Deliver a left outward horizontal elbow strike.

Section 6

  1. Pivot counterclockwise to form a left forward bow stance facing 10:30.
  2. Deliver a right thrusting vertical forearm strike,
  3. Cock your left hand at your hip.
  4. Pivot clockwise to form a right forward bow stance facing 1:30.
  5. Deliver a left thrusting vertical forearm strike.
  6. Cock your right hand at your hip.

Section 7

  1. Pivot counterclockwise to form a left forward bow stance facing 10:30.
  2. Deliver a right upward flapping elbow strike,
  3. Cock your left hand at your hip.
  4. Deliver a right downward flapping elbow strike.
  5. Pivot clockwise to form a right forward bow stance facing 1 ;30.
  6. Deliver a left upward flapping elbow strike.
  7. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  8. Deliver a left downward flapping elbow strike.
  9. Pivot counterclockwise to form a horse stance facing 12:00.
  10. Cock both hands at your hips.

Section 8

  1. Slide your left foot beside your right foot to form a modified attention stance,
  2. Deliver right and left thrusting horizontal punches.
  3. Deliver right and left uppercut punches.
  4. Follow with right and left rear elbow strikes.

Closing

  1. Step toward 9:00 with your left foot to form a horse stance facing 12:00.
  2. Cover your right clenched fist with your left open hand.
  3. Close your meditative horse stance.
