Opening

  1. Begin in a meditative horse stance.
  2. Cock both hands at your hips.

Section 1— Single strikes toward 12:00

  1. Deliver a right horizontal thrust punch .
  2. Follow with a right rolling back knuckle strike.
  3. Deliver a left horizontal thrust punch .
  4. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  5. Follow with a left rolling back knuckle strike.
  6. Deliver a right horizontal thrust punch .
  7. Cock your left hand at your hip.
  8. Follow with a right hammerfist strike.
  9. Deliver a left horizontal thrust punch .
  10. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  11. Deliver a left hammerfist strike.
  12. Deliver a right horizontal thrust punch .
  13.  Cock your left hand at your hip.
  14. Follow with a right inverted vertical roundhouse punch ,
  15. Deliver a left horizontal thrust punch ,
  16. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  17. Follow with a left inverted vertical roundhouse punch.
  18. Deliver a right horizontal thrust punch ,
  19. Cock your left hand at your hip.
  20. Deliver a right chopping punch .
  21. Deliver a left horizontal thrust punch ,

Section 2— Single strikes toward 3:00 and 9:00

  1. Deliver a right vertical thrust punch ,
  2. Cock your left hand at your hip .
  3. Follow with a right rolling back knuckle strike .

  5. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  6. Follow with a left rolling back knuckle strike.

Section 3— Double strikes toward 12:00

  1. Deliver right and left horizontal thrust punches.
  2. Follow with right and left rolling back knuckle strikes.

  6. Cock both hands at your hips.

Section 4— Double strikes toward 3:00 and 9:00

  1. Deliver right and left vertical thrust punches.
  2. Follow with right and left rolling back knuckle strikes.

  6. Cock both hands at your hips.

 Section 5— Double hand flow toward 12:00

  1. your left foot toward your right foot to form a modified attention stance ,
  2. Deliver right and left horizontal thrust punches.
  3. Follow with right and left rolling back knuckle strikes.
  4. Follow with right and left hammerfist strikes.
  5. Follow with right and left inverted vertical roundhouse punches.
  6. Deliver right and left chopping punches.
  7. Cock both hands at your hips..

Closing

  1. Step toward 9:00 with your left foot to form a horse stance facing 12: 00.
  2. Cover your right clenched fist with your left open hand .
  3. Close your meditative horse stance.
