ANVIL (ABCD) : DOUBLE WRIST GRAB FROM FRONT

Defense A:

  1. Right foot steps back as you pull against the attackers grab to free hands.
  2. Double Hammerfist to inside of attackers arms then step forward with right foot.
  3. Butterfly strike just below pectoral muscles.

Defense B:

  1. Right foot steps back as you do so pull against the attackers grab to free hands.
  2. Double Hammerfist to inside of attackers arms then right front snap kick to groin planting foot forward.
  3. Followed by Butterfly strike just below pectoral muscles.

Defense C:

  1. Right foot draws to a cat stance as you draw to the stance pull against the attackers grab to free hands.
  2. Double Hammerfist to inside of attackers arms followed by a right front snap kick to groin as you plant your right foot down.
  3. Follow up with a Butterfly strike just below pectoral muscles.

Defense D:

  1. You will draw to a right cat stance as you do so bring attackers arms to outside of body immediately following a right kick to groin.

Defense E:

  1. You will draw to a right cat stance as you do so bring attackers arms to outside of body immediately following a right kick to groin.

Defense F:

  1. You will draw to a right cat stance as you do so bring attackers arms to outside of body immediately following a right kick to groin.
