BRIDGE (AB) : TWO-HAND CHOKE

Defense A:

  1. Step into low horse stance, counter grab opponent wrists, and step back with right foot to 7:30.
  2. Duck your head under the arms pulling the hands lose but retaining your grip.
  3. Step forward with right foot to 1:30, striking forward with right hand and pulling back with left hand breaking the elbow.
  4. Raise opponents right arm, left hand releases its grip.
  5. Right elbow strike to solar plexus then a right hammerfist to groin.

Defense B:

  1. Step left into low horse and counter grab opponent wrists, step with right foot behind left foot.
  2. Duck your head low and under the arms pulling the hands lose and retaining your grip on both wrists.
  3. Right front snap kick to the attacker’s knee, strike forward with right hand and pull back with left hand breaking the elbow.
  4. Raise right arm clearing opponents arm, left hand releases its grip and goes to check position. Right elbow to solar plexus then a right hammer fist to groin.

Defense C:

  1. Step left into low horse and counter grab opponent wrists, step with right foot behind left foot.
  2. Duck your head low and under the arms pulling the hands lose and retaining your grip on both wrists.
  3. Right front snap kick to the attacker’s knee, strike forward with right hand and pull back with left hand breaking the elbow.
