Tracy Kenpo: Front Bear Hug (ABCDEFGH)

FRONT BEAR HUG (ABCDEFGH) : FRONT BEAR HUG – ARMS FREE

Defense A:

  1. Step forward with left foot to 11:30.
  2. Left hand Grabs back of hair and pulls head backwards.
  3. Right hand rakes eyes followed by a right half fist to throat.

Defense B:

  1. Step back with right foot.
  2. Right wrist strikes side of head followed by a left wrist strikes side of head and keep repeating until attacker lets go.

Defense C:

  1. Step back with left to 6:00 with right foot as your right hand cradles front of face followed by a right wrist strike the left side of the head.

Defense D:

  1. Step back with left foot.
  2. Left hand cradles side of head.
  3. Follow up with a twisting right eagle beak to the nerve at base of left ear.

Defense E:

  1. Step back with left foot.
  2. Left hand cradles side of head.
  3. Follow up with a twisting right eagle beak to the nerve at base of left ear.

Defense F:

  1. Step back with left foot.
  2. Left hand cradles side of head.
  3. Follow up with a twisting right eagle beak to the nerve at base of left ear.

Defense G:

  1. Step back with left foot.
  2. Left hand cradles side of head.
  3. Follow up with a twisting right eagle beak to the nerve at base of left ear.

Defense H:

  1. Step back with left foot.
  2. Left hand cradles side of head.
  3. Follow up with a twisting right eagle beak to the nerve at base of left ear.

NOTE:

all variations can be done without stepping back or while your feet are in the air.
