  1. Ready closed stance
  2. Move left foot left, sitting stance, middle pushing block front with left palm
  3. Middle punch front with right fist, maintain sitting stance
  4. Middle punch front with left fist, maintain sitting stance
  5. Twin forearm block, form left L-stance right, pivot with left foot
  6. Upward punch with left fist, pull right side fist front to left shoulder, maintain left L-stance
  7. Middle punch right with right fist, form right fixed stance right, sliding motion
  8. Downward strike with right knife-hand, form left vertical stance right, pull right foot
  9. Move the left foot 45° right, form left walking stance, middle punch front with left fist
  10. Move the left foot 45° left, form left walking front, low block front with left forearm
  11. Move the right foot forward, right walking stance front, middle punch front with right fist
  12. Pull left foot to right foot, bring left palm to right fore-fist, bend right elbow 45° outward
  13. Middle side piercing kick front with right foot, pull both hands opposite direction, form left L-stance front, middle outward strike front with right knife-hand
  14. Move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, middle punch front with left fist
  15. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, middle punch front with right fist
  16. Rotate 90° right, move left foot forward, form right L-stance, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  17. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, middle thrust front with right straight finger tip
  18. Rotate 180° left , form right L-stance, middle guarding block front with a knife-hand
  19. High turning kick center left with right foot, lower kick to ground
  20. High turning kick center left with left foot, lower kick, form right L-stance left, middle guarding front with knife-hand, repeat move 18,19 rapid sequence
  21. Rotate 90°left, move left foot forward, left walking stance front, low block front with left forearm
  22. Middle punch front with right fist, form right L-stance front, pull left foot
  23. Move right foot forward, form left L-stance front, middle punch front with left fist
  24. Move left foot forward, form right L-stance front, middle punch front with right fist
  25. Pressing block with X-fist, form left walking stance front, slip  left foot forward
  26. Move right foot forward,  turn right sliding motion, form right L-stance 180° back,  thrusting back with right side elbow
  27. Bring left foot to right foot, turn 180°left, form closed stance right, side front block with right inner forearm, extend left forearm to side downward
  28. Side front block with left inner forearm, extend right forearm to side downward, maintain closed stance
  29. Move the left foot forward, right L-stance front, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  30. Bring left foot to right foot, rotate 180° right,  move right foot forward, left L-stance front, middle guarding block front with  knife-hand
