  1. Parallel ready stance with heaven hand position
  2. Move left foot left, form right L-stance left, middle guarding block left with forearm
  3. Pull right foot to left knee joint, form left one-leg stance front, lift both fists turning face right
  4. Pressing kick right with right foot,hands position as move 2
  5. Lower right foot right, form sitting stance front, middle side strike right with right knife-hand
  6. Angle punch with left fist, maintain sitting stance front
  7. Pressing block with left fore fist,  side front block with right inner forearm, maintain sitting stance front
  8. Pressing block with right fore fist, side front block with left inner forearm, maintain sitting stance front
  9. Middle wedging block with inner forearm, maintain sitting stance front
  10. Thrust backwards with right back elbow, support right fore fist with left palm, face direction as move 8, maintain sitting stance front
  11. Middle punch front with right fist, slip left palm up to right elbow joint, maintain sitting stance front
  12. Thrust backwards with left back elbow, support left fore fist with right palm, face direction as move 10, maintain sitting stance front
  13. Right horizontal punch right, maintain sitting stance front, repeat moves 6 to 12 continuous motion
  14. Cross left foot over right foot, form right X-stance front, low front block front with right outer forearm, bring left finger belly right under forearm
  15. Move right foot right, form left L-stance right, U-shape grasp right
  16. Slow motion move, bring left foot to right foot, form closed stance front, horizontal thrust with twin elbow, turn face left
  17. Move left foot left, form sitting stance front, side back strike back with right back fist, extend left arm to side downward
  18. Cross right foot over left foot, form left X-stance front, low front block with left outer forearm, bring right finger belly to left side fist
  19. Move left foot left, form sitting stance front, low guarding block left with reverse knife-hand
  20. Forearm middle guarding block right, form left L-stance right, pivot with left foot
  21. Pull left foot to right knee joint, form right one-leg stance front, lift both fists, turn face left
  22. Pressing kick left with left foot, hands position as move 20
  23. Lower left foot left, form sitting stance front, middle side strike left with left knife-hand
  24. Angle punch with right fist, maintain sitting stance front
  25. Pressing block with right fore fist, side front block with left inner forearm, maintain sitting stance front
  26. Pressing block with left fore fist, side front block with right inner forearm, maintain sitting stance front
  27. Middle wedging block with inner forearm, maintain sitting stance front
  28. Thrust backwards with left back elbow, support left fore fist with right palm, face direction as move 26, maintain sitting stance front
  29. Execute middle punch front with left fist, slip right palm up to left elbow joint, maintain sitting stance front
  30. Thrust backwards with right back elbow, support right fore fist with left palm, face position as move 28, maintain sitting stance front
  31. Left horizontal punch left, maintain sitting stance front, repeat moves 24 to 30 continuous motion
  32. Cross right foot over left foot, form left X-stance front, low front block front with left outer forearm, bring right finger belly on left under forearm
  33. Move left foot left, form right L-stance left, U-shape grasp left
  34. Slow motion move, bring right foot to left foot, form closed stance front, horizontal thrust with twin elbow, turn face to right
  35. Move right foot right, form sitting stance front, side back strike backwards with left back fist, extend right arm to side downward
  36. Cross left foot over right foot, form right X-stance front, low front block with right outer forearm, bring left finger belly to right side fist
  37. Move right foot right, form sitting stance front, low guarding block right with reverse knife-hand
