CRASH OF THE EAGLE PART II (ABCDEFGHI) : REAR CHOKE

Defense A:

  1. Left foot steps to 1:30.
  2. Right arm uses a clearing motion to clear attacker’s arms away.
  3. Then shuffle forward as left hand cradles head simultaneously striking with a right elbow.

Defense B:

  1. Left foot steps to 1:30.
  2. Right arm uses a clearing motion to clear attacker’s arms away.
  3. Followed by a right half fist to throat.

Defense C:

  1. Left foot steps to 1:30.
  2. Right arm uses a clearing motion to clear attacker’s arms using continuous motion followed by a right inverted knuckle strike to chin right heel palm to groin.

Defense D:

  1. Left foot steps to 1:30.
  2. Right arm uses a clearing motion to clear attacker’s arms away.
  3. Followed by a left eye strike.

Defense E:

  1. Left foot steps to 1:30.
  2. Right arm uses a clearing motion to clear attacker’s arms away.
  3. Followed by a left half fist to throat.

Defense F:

  1. Left foot steps to 1:30.
  2. Right arm uses a clearing motion to clear attacker’s arms away.
  3. followed by a left vertical punch to face.

Defense G:

  1. Left foot steps to 1:30.
  2. Right arm uses a clearing motion to clear attacker’s arms away.
  3. Followed by a left palm heals to face.

Defense H:

  1. Left foot steps to 1:30.
  2. Right arm uses a clearing motion to clear attacker’s arms away.
  3. Simultaneously do a left eye strike going into hard bow.
  4. Right elbow strike to chin followed by a roll over hammer fist to groin going into a right hard bow.

Defense I:

  1. Same as H.
  2. Except open back and not as stylized.
