RAISING THE SWORD : WRIST GRAB FOLLOWED BY PUNCH

Defense:

  1. Left forward to 1:30.
  2. Drive opponents arm up to block punch.
  3. Followed by a left elbow to solar plexus.
  4. Sweep under opponents arm right elbow strike to ribs as you step to 12:00 with right foot.
  5. Right foot steps to 9:00 and dancer back to 9:00 with left foot right hammerfist strike to break elbow.
