  1. Ready stance
  2. Move the right foot right, form sitting stance front, side front block with right inner forearm, extend left forearm side-downward
  3. Side front block with left inner forearm, extend right forearm side downward, maintain sitting stance front
  4. Bring right foot to left foot, form closed stance front, angle punch with left fist, slow motion
  5. Move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, high thrust front with right double finger
  6. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, high thrust front with left double finger
  7. Front strike with right back fist, maintain right walking stance front
  8. Move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, rising block with left forearm
  9. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, middle punch front with right fist
  10. Rotate 360° left counter clockwise, keep right foot back with slide, form right L-stance front, middle guarding block front with forearm
  11. Low front snap kick front with right foot, hands position as move 9
  12. Lower right foot forward, form right low stance front, high thrust front with right flat finger tip
  13. High turning kick front with right foot, support body with both hands and left knee
  14. Lower right foot forward, high punch front with right fist, pressing ground with left palm
  15. Move left foot forward, turn 180° right clockwise, form left L-stance back, thrust forward with left side elbow
  16. Move the left foot backwards, turn clockwise form left L-stance front, middle guarding front with forearm
  17. Move right foot backwards, form right L-stance front, scooping block with left palm
  18. Move left foot backwards, form left L-stance front, middle outward strike front with right knife-hand
  19. Rotate 180° left. pressing block with X-fist, form left walking stance back, pivot with right foot
  20. Low front snap kick front with right knee, pull both hands in opposite direction, grabbing opponent’s leg position
  21. Lower right foot forward, rotate 180° left, form right L-stance toward front, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  22. Move the right foot forward, sliding motion, turn left, form right L-stance backwards, thrust forward with right side elbow
  23. Middle guarding block right with knife-hand, form left L-stance right, pivot with left foot
  24. Middle side piercing kick right with right foot, pull both hands in opposite direction
  25. Lower the right foot down, pressing block with twin palm, form right rear foot stance center left, pivot with right foot
  26. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, high front block with right outer forearm, high side strike front with right back fist, maintain right walking stance front
  27. Rotate 180° left, high thrust front with left flat finger tip, right L-stance front, pivot with right foot
  28. Low front snap kick with right foot, bring right palm on left back hand
  29. Rotate 180° left, lower right foot back, form left walking stance front, pivot with left foot, thrust backwards with right back elbow, place left side fist on right fist, slow motion
  30. Downward strike with left back hand, form right L-stance front, pivot with right foot, stamping motion
  31. Punch left palm with right fist, maintain right L-stance front
  32. Move right foot forward, stamping motion, form left L-stance front, downward strike with right back hand
  33. Punch right palm with left fist, maintain left L-stance front
  34. Turn left 180°, middle outward strike front with left knife-hand, form right L-stance front, pivot with right foot, stamping motion
  35. High side front strike, right back fist striking left palm with right elbow, form left walking stance front, slip left foot
  36. Move right foot forward, form left L-stance front, middle outward strike front with right knife-hand, stamping motion
  37. High side front strike, left back fist striking right palm with left elbow, form right walking stance front, slip right foot
  38. Turn 180° left, low guarding block front with reverse knife-hand, form right L-stance front, pivot with right foot
  39. Right 9-shape block, form left walking stance front, slip left foot
  40. Move right foot forward, form left L-stance front, low guarding block front with reverse knife-hand
  41. Left 9-shape block, form right walking stance front, slip right foot
  42. Move right foot backwards, form left walking stance front, horizontal strike with twin knife-hand
  43. High strike front with right arc-hand, maintain left walking stance front
  44. Middle front snap kick front with right foot, hands psition as move 42
  45. Lower right foot forward, form right walking stance front, high strike front with left arc-hand
  46. Middle front snap kick with left foot, hands position as move 44
  47. Lower left foot forward, form left walking stance front, middle punch front with right fist
  48. Middle punch front with left fist, maintain left walking stance front, repeat move 46 and 47 fast motion
  49. Bring right foot to left foot, form close stance front, high crescent punch with twin for-knuckle fist
  50. Rotate 260° left, move left foot forward, form left walking stance, low block front with left knife-hand
  51. High punch front with right open fist, maintain left walking stance front
  52. Turn 180° left, move left foot forward, form right walking stance front, low block front with right Knife-hand
  53. High punch front with left open fist, maintain right walking stance front
