3 WINDS FIST (ABCD) : LEFT RIGHT PUNCH

Defense A:

  1. Step back right followed by a right hooking fist to punch.
  2. Left hooking fist to punch then step forward right as you right back fist to face.

Defense B:

  1. Step back right followed by a right hooking fist to punch.
  2. Left hooking fist to punch then step forward right as you right hammerfist to left temple.

Defense C:

  1. Step back right followed by a right hooking fist to punch.
  2. Left hooking fist to punch then step forward right as you right back knuckle rack thru nose.

Defense D:

  1. Step back right followed by a right hooking fist to punch.
  2. Left hooking fist to punch then step forward right as you right back knuckle rack thru nose.
  3. Right hammerfist strikes down to groin.
