Defense:
- Both hands counter grabs opponent arms then your right foot steps behind left foot followed by a right front snap kick to groin or solar plexus.
- Right foot will cross step in front of left foot & plants down.
- Pivot to face 6:00 Step left to 2:30 left hammerfist strike to elbow.
- Pull attacker down across left knee.
- Left elbow to temple left downward elbow strike to spine.
