Defense A:
- Left foot steps forward as you do a right rolling upward block followed by a left claw to face then a right claw to groin.
Defense B:
- Left foot steps forward as you do a right rolling upwards block followed by a left claw to face then a left smoother block followed by a left Backfist.
Defense C:
- Left foot steps forward followed by a right rolling upwards block then a left claw to face then a right hand claws towards 6:00 then shuffles forward as right hand claws to groin.
- Left smoother block, then a left Backfist.
