WINDING LIMBS (ABC) : RIGHT OR LEFT PUNCH

Defense A:

  1. Left foot steps forward as you do a right rolling upward block followed by a left claw to face then a right claw to groin.

Defense B:

  1. Left foot steps forward as you do a right rolling upwards block followed by a left claw to face then a left smoother block followed by a left Backfist.

Defense C:

  1. Left foot steps forward followed by a right rolling upwards block then a left claw to face then a right hand claws towards 6:00 then shuffles forward as right hand claws to groin.
  2. Left smoother block, then a left Backfist.
