- Your left foot steps forward to 12:00 while you do a left upward block.
- Right CCW forearm to rib cage.
- Left CW forearm to rib cage.
- Left vertical outward block, right half fist to throat.
Defense B:
- Your left foot steps forward to 12:00 while you do a left upward block.
- Right CCW forearm to rib cage.
- Left arm circles over the attacker’s right arm to trap and break the elbow.
- Left arm keeps the attackers arm pinned as your do a right chop to neck.
Defense C:
- Your left foot steps forward to 12:00 while you do a left upward block.
- Right CCW forearm to rib cage.
- Left arm circles over the attacker’s right arm to trap and break the elbow.
- Tight left vertical outward block, right half fist to throat.
