- Right back hand parry to outside of hand then a right forearm strike to wrist as you step right to 10:30 to take opponent down.
- Right stomp kick to Biceps.
- Then chest, left biceps, drop right knee to chest followed by a right eye strike.
Defense B: hands up
- Starting with hands Left foot steps to 11:00.
- Right downward hand parry to the outside of the hand then a right forearm strike to wrist
as you step right to 10:30 to take opponent down. - Right stomp kick to Biceps.
