DANCE OF THE MONGOOSE: ROUND HOUSE CLUB, ON BACK SWING

Defense:

  1. Left foot shuffles back to 7:30.
  2. Then step left to 2:30 with double blade block right foot sweeps back to 10:30 pull attacker down across left knee.
  3. Left elbow to temple left downward elbow strike to spine.
