Defense A:
- Right foot steps to 12:00.
- Then right arm circles in towards the centerline.
- Then a left eye strike followed by a right elbow strike to rib cage.
Defense B: if you cannot complete the circle and attackers arms are low
- Right foot steps to 12:00.
- Then right arm circles in towards the centerline.
- Then a left eye strike followed by a right chop to throat.
Defense C: if you cannot complete the circle and attackers arms are high
- Right foot steps to 12:00.
- Then right arm circles in towards the centerline.
- Then a left eye strike followed by a right hammerfist to groin.
