PUSHING THE CIRCLE (ABC) : LEFT GRAB TO YOUR RIGHT WRIST

Defense A:

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00.
  2. Then right arm circles in towards the centerline.
  3. Then a left eye strike followed by a right elbow strike to rib cage.

Defense B: if you cannot complete the circle and attackers arms are low

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00.
  2. Then right arm circles in towards the centerline.
  3. Then a left eye strike followed by a right chop to throat.

Defense C: if you cannot complete the circle and attackers arms are high

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00.
  2. Then right arm circles in towards the centerline.
  3. Then a left eye strike followed by a right hammerfist to groin.
