THE WEDGE ABC : TWO HAND CHOKE FROM FRONT
Defense A:
- Right foot steps to 12:00, both hands clasp together to form wedge with left on tip.
- Drive both arms up against choke breaking the choke loose.
- Keep your hands together and proceed with a wedge strike down with back of right hand to bridge of nose.
Defense B:
- Right foot steps to 12:00, both hands clasp together to form wedge with left on tip.
- Drive both arms up against choke breaking the choke loose.
- Left hand grabs right wrist, drop to low horse as you do a right upward elbow strike to chin, right downward claw strike to face.
Defense C:
- Right foot steps to 12:00, both hands clasp together to form wedge with left on tip.
- Drive both
arms up against choke breaking the choke loose. - Counter grab both wrists as you pivot to face 7:30 crossing the attacker’s arms.
- Pull down on both arms, breaking them over your right shoulder, throw over right shoulder and hip.
