Defense :
- Left foot steps to 10:30 bringing the belt up under the attacker’s right punch, circle your right hand CCW with the belt to trap the arm as your right hand extends towards 10:30.
- Step forward to 10:30 going around your attacker’s leg with your hand going in a large CCW motion with the right end of the belt around his neck.
- Your left brings the attackers arm forward and to the right side of his neck, drop down to your left knee you should be facing 12:00 with your back directly against the opponents back, pull down hard as your can to injure the neck and spine.
