TIBETAN ROLL: PUSH FROM BEHIND, THE ATTACKER FOLLOWS
- Step forward with right foot as you go into a forward roll, come up and go into a right side fall towards 12:00.
- Kick towards 6:00 towards your attackers right knee, kick with the back of your left heel and ankle to the front of the attackers knee.
- Roll CCW so that you are flat on your stomach throw a right wheel kick to the front of the attackers head.
- Continue to roll onto your back, strike down with your left then right heel, and roll out into a fighting stance.
