Tracy Kenpo: Twisting Cobra


Defense :

  1. Left foot steps to 10:30, out of the point of contact for the kick, double hooking block to the kick.
  2. Throw a right spinning back kick to the inside of the left knee.
  3. Plant your right foot down at 1:30, right backhand to the attackers head to 1:30 then a left heel palm to the attackers head thumb side down.
