TWISTING LEOPARD AB: RIGHT OR LEFT KICK

Defense A: Right Kick

  1. Right foot cross steps back to 6:00, right downward block, left side fist to the attackers right rib cage as you pivot to 3:00

Defense A: Left Kick

  1. Same as above but you will strike the attackers left rib cage.
