WHIRLWIND (ABC): RIGHT LEFT OR LEFT RIGHT PUNCH

Defense A:

  1. Step right to 12:00 as you throw a right downward smother block then a left downward smother block as your right hand continues to circle to strike with a corkscrew backfist to the left side of the attackers head.

Defense B:

  1. Step forward to 12:00 throw a right uppercut block in a CCW circle as your throw a left uppercut block in a CCW circle.
  2. Your right hand continues to circle CW to strike with an inverted punch to the attacker’s body.

Defense C:

  1. Start off doing the A version but you are unable to clear the attackers arms reverse your motion and go into the B version.
