WINDING FISTS: LEFT PUNCH

Defense :

  1. Left foot cross steps behind right leg to 3:00, left rising block followed by a right inverted punch to the rib cage.
  2. Your left hand circles down and strikes the left rib cage with a inverted punch.
  3. Right inverted punch to the attacker left rib cage.
  4. Step back left to 6:00 as you do a right downward smother block as a clearing motion.
