Defense :

  1. Left foot steps to 12:00 as you do a left extended outward block.
  2. Left hand grabs attacker’s right wrist.
  3. Right foot steps to 11:00 to the outside of your attacker’s right foot as your left hand pulls attackers right arm towards 7:00.
  4. Right Tigers Jaw to attacker’s throat, left hand bends arm back as your right hand hooks under and grabs the wrist, apply pressure to lock or break the attacker’s right elbow.
