Defense :

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00, right inward block with a left hand cover.
  2. Right extended outward block as you pivot to face 2:30 followed by a left inverted punch to the ribs then pivot to face 12:00 right chop to neck or a right claw to face if you are to close.
