- Pivot to a slight bow stance to 12:00 as your throw a right ridgehand to right rib cage.
- Pivot to face 1:30 as your throw a left inverted punch to right rib cage then your left hand grabs the attacker’s right shoulder.
- Pull towards 9:00 as your left foot sweeps to 3:00 right hand in chamber, left foot plants back to its starting position at 9:00 as your throw a right side fist to face.
