SHIELD OF IRON: RIGHT PUNCH, LEFT HOOK PUNCH

Defense :

  1. Right foot steps to 12:00, right inward block to the right punch.
  2. Right extended outward block to the left hook punch as your left hand covers.
  3. Shuffle to 12:00 as your throw a right heel palm strike to attackers groin followed by a right upward elbow strike to chin then claw through face on the downward motion.
  4. Right scoop kick to groin as your do a left heel palm to heart.
