Defense :

  1. Right foot cross steps to 9:00 behind your left foot as you pivot to face 3:00 as your do a right parry block thumb side down to the attackers right forearm, left heel palm strike thumb side up to the outside of the attackers left elbow.
  2. Right hand grabs the attacker’s right wrist as your throw a left chop to the neck and throat as your do a left thrust kick to attackers right knee.
  3. Left hand checks the attackers arm at the elbow, left grab to attackers elbow right side fist to the attackers head.
