Defense :

  1. Left foot steps to 10:30 as you lean away from the attacker, left parry to right punch followed by a right Ridgehand to the attacker’s throat.
  2. Right hand grabs attackers shoulder as your pivot your body to face 1:30.
  3. Left Ridgehand strike to the right side of the head then your left hand grabs the attacker’s right shoulder and pull towards 6:00.
  4. Right hand releases grip and goes to chamber, then a right check kick to the attacker’s right knee followed by a right inverted punch to the attacker’s right rib cage.
