- Left inverted punch to right rib cage; your right arm is bent and cocked above the right side of your head.
- Right Ridgehand to groin as you go into a right hard bow followed by left riding block under punch.
- Left hand grabs attacker right shoulder, right foot steps to 11:00 as your do a right chop to throat, pivot to face 6:00 as your left hand pulls the attacker to 6:00.
- Right leg drives back against attacker’s right leg breaking the attackers balance.
- Right hand drives the attacker onto their back on your left side, right knee to rib cage followed by a right side fist to face.
