Defense :

  1. Left foot steps to 11:00 right fan block as your pivot to face 1:30.
  2. Left inverted punch to right rib cage; your right arm is bent and cocked above the right side of your head.
  3. Right Ridgehand to groin as you go into a right hard bow followed by left riding block under punch.
  4. Left hand grabs attacker right shoulder, right foot steps to 11:00 as your do a right chop to throat, pivot to face 6:00 as your left hand pulls the attacker to 6:00.
  5. Right leg drives back against attacker’s right leg breaking the attackers balance.
  6. Right hand drives the attacker onto their back on your left side, right knee to rib cage followed by a right side fist to face.
