  2. Move the left foot forward, form right rear foot stance front, middle guarding block front with forearm
  3. High punch front with left middle knuckle fist, maintain right rear foot stance front
  4. Rotate 180° right clockwise, form left rear foot stance, middle guarding block front with forearm
  5. High punch front with right middle knuckle fist, maintain left rear foot stance
  6. Rotate 180° left counter clockwise, form left walking stance, rising block with left knife-hand
  7. Circular block center right with right inner forearm, maintain left walking stance front
  8. Middle punch front with left fist, maintain left walking stance front
  9. Rotate 180° right clockwise, form right walking stance, rising block with right knife-hand
  10. Circular block to center left with left inner forearm, maintain right walking stance front
  11. Middle punch front with right fist, maintain right walking stance front
  12. Rotate 180° left counter clockwise, form right L-stance front, low guarding block front with knife-hand
  13. Middle turning kick center right with right foot, lower kick to side front left foot
  14. Rotate 360°, high reverse hooking kick front with left foot
  15. Middle side piercing kick front with left foot, pull both hands opposite direction, repeat move 13 and 14 consecutive kick
  16. Lower left foot forward, form left walking stance front, strike left palm with right front elbow
  17. Rotate 180° right clockwise, form left L-stance, low guarding block front with knife-hand
  18. Middle turning kick center left with left foot, lower kick to side front right foot
  19. Rotate 360° right clockwise, high reverse hooking kick front with right foot
  20. Middle side piercing kick front with right foot, pull both hands opposite direction, repeat move 18 and 19 consecutive kick
  21. Lower right foot forward, form right walking stance front, strike right palm with left front elbow
  22. Move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, pressing block with right palm
  23. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, pressing block with left palm, repeat move 21 and 22 fast motion
  24. Move right foot forward, move left foot backwards, turn 180° counter clockwise, form left walking stance front, W-shape block with knife-hand
  25. Middle front snap kick front with right foot, hands position as move 23
  26. Lower right foot backwards, form right L-stance front, middle guarding block front with forearm
  27. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, W-shape block with knife-hand
  28. Middle front snap kick front with left foot, hands position as move 26
  29. Lower left foot forward, form left L-stance front, turn 180° right clockwise, middle guarding block front with forearm
  30. Move left foot forward, move right foot forward, slide forward, turn 180° clockwise, form left L-stance front, middle guarding block front with forearm
  31. Move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, high thrust front with left flat fingertip
  32. Rotate 180° right clockwise, form right walking stance front, high thrust forward with right flat fingertip
  33. Rotate 90° right, bring right to left foot, form parallel stance, middle hooking block front with right palm
  34. Middle punch front with left fist, maintain parallel stance front
  35. Turn 180° clockwise, form left bending ready stance front
  36. Middle side piercing kick front with right foot, form forearm guarding block
  37. Lower right foot forward, jumping motion, form right X-stance center left, high side strike front with right back fist, bring left finger belly to right side fist
  38. Rotate 180° clockwise,high reverse hooking kick front with right foot
  39. Lower right foot forward, stamping motion, form left L-stance front, middle outward strike front with right knife-hand
  40. Turn 180° counter clockwise, bring left foot to right foot, form parallel stance, middle hooking block front with left palm
  41. Middle punch front with right fist, maintain parallel stance front
  42. Turn 180° clockwise, form right bending ready stance back to front
  43. Middle side piercing kick front with left foot, form forearm guarding block
  44. Lower left foot forward, jumping motion, formi left X-stance center left, high side strike front with left back fist, bring right finger belly to left side fist
  45. Rotate 180° counter clockwise, high reverse hooking kick front with left foot
  46. Lower left foot forward, stamping motion, form right L-stance forward, middle outward strike front with left knife-hand
  47. Slide forward, form right fixed stance front, middle punch front with right fist
