  1. Parallel ready stance with X-Back hand
  2. Move left foot backwards, form right walking stance front, horizontal strike with twin side fists
  3. Move right foot backwards, form left walking stance front, pressing block with X-fist
  4. Rising block with X-knife-hand, maintain left walking stance front, repeat move 2 and 3 continuous motion
  5. High front strike front with right knife-hand, bring left palm on right elbow joint, maintain left walking stance front
  6. Turn 90° left, move left foot left, form sitting stance, horizontal strike left with left back hand
  7. Middle crescent kick left palm with right foot, rotate 180°
  8. Lower right foot , form sitting stance, strike left palm with right front elbow
  9. Thrust backwards with left back elbow, place right side fist on left fist, maintain sitting stance front
  10. Side back strike back with right back fist, extend left arm to side-downward, maintain sitting stance front
  11. Turn 90° left, bring left foot to right foot, form close stance front, thrust with twin side elbow
  12. Cross left foot to right foot, form close stance front, turn face right, hands position as move 10, fast motion
  13. Middle side piercing kick right with right foot, hands position as move 11
  14. Lower right foot right, cross left foot over right foot, form right X-stance front, horizontal thrust with twin elbow.
  15. Move right foot right, form sitting stance front, right horizontal punch right
  16. High front strike front with right knife-hand, bring left back hand front to forehead, stand up straight
  17. Twin knife-hand block left, form right L-stance left, pivot with right foot
  18. Jump spin 360°, mid-air kick left with right foot
  19. Land left front, form right walking stance, middle block front with right double forearm
  20. Turn 90° right, bring left foot to right foot, form closed ready stance front
  21. Jump forward, form right X-stance center left, high side strike left with right back fist, bring left finger belly to right side fist
  22. Move left foot backwards, form right walking stance front, rising block with left forearm
  23. Middle front snap kick front with left foot, hands position as move 21
  24. Lower left foot forward, form left walking stance front, high punch front with right fist
  25. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, middle thrust front with right straight fingertip
  26. Move left foot forward, turning counter-clockwise 280°, form sitting stance, high side strike left with left back fist
  27. Turn 180° counter clockwise, move right foot forward, form right walking ready stance front
  28. Jump execute flying high kick front with right foot
  29. Land in front, form right fixed stance front, checking block front with X-knife hand
  30. Move left foot forward, form right L-stance front, pressing block with X-fist
  31. Middle side front snap kick front with left foot, middle wedging block with inner forearm, middle side front snap kick front with left foot, middle wedging block with inner forearm
  32. Lower left foot front, form left walking stance front, high vertical punch front with twin fist
  33. Move right foot forward, form right fixed stance front, middle outward block with right knife hand, middle pushing block with left palm
  34. Slide forward, form right L-stance front, middle punch front with left fist
  35. Move left foot side rear to right foot, move right foot back, form right L-stance front, jump backwards, maintain right L-stance front, middle guarding block front with forearm
  36. Middle 90° turning kick  center front with right foot
  37. Lower right foot right, turn 180° counter clockwise, middle back piercing kick right with left foot
  38. Lower left foot right, form right L-stance, middle guarding block front with forearm
  39. Move left foot backwards, form left L-stance front, upward block front with right palm
  40. Move right foot backwards, rotating 180° clockwise, form right walking stance front, circular block center left with left inner forearm
  41. Turn 90° left, circular block with right inner forearm, form right walking stance front
  42. Move left foot left, form sitting stance front, middle punch front with left fist
  43. Middle punch front with right fist, maintain sitting stance front
