  1. Parallel ready stance with overlapped back hand
  2. Slow motion move, move right foot backwards, form left walking stance front, middle punch front with twin fist
  3. Slow motion move, move left foot backwards, form right walking stance front, horizontal strike with twin knife-hand
  4. Move left foot forward, form right rear foot stance front, middle inward block front with left outer forearm
  5. Low inward block front with right palm, form left walking stance front, slip right foot, bring left side fist front to right shoulder
  6. Move right foot forward, form left L-stance front, middle punch front with right fist
  7. Middle punch front with left fist, maintain left L-stance front, repeat move 5 and 6 fast motion
  8. Move left foot forward, stamping motion, form right L-stance front, high outward strike front with left back hand
  9. Inward vertical kick left palm with right reverse footsword
  10. Lower right foot forward, stamping motion, form left L-stance front, high outward strike front with right back hand
  11. Inward vertical kick to right palm with left reverse footsword
  12. Slow motion move, lower left foot forward, horizontal block with twin palm, form right L-stance front, slip left foot
  13. Slow motion move, move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, high side block front with right reverse knife-hand
  14. Slow motion move, middle side block front with left reverse knife-hand, maintain right walking stance front
  15. Middle punch front with right fist, maintain right walking stance front
  16. Middle punch front with left fist, maintain right walking stance front
  17. Downward kick back right with right foot, hands position as move 15
  18. Lower right foot forward, stamping motion, form left L-stance front, downward strike front with right back fist
  19. Outward vertical kick back left with left foot, hands position as move 17
  20. Lower left foot down, stamping motion, form right L-stance front, downward strike front with left back fist
  21. Turn 180° right, high punch front with left fist, form right walking stance front, pivot with left foot
  22. High punch front with right fist, maintain right walking stance front, repeat move 20 and 21 fast motion
  23. Move left foot forward, form right rear foot stance front, upward block with left bow wrist
  24. Move right foot forward, form left rear foot stance front, upward block with right bow wrist
  25. Slow motion move, turn 180° counter clockwise, move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, pressing block with left palm
  26. Slow motion move, move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, pressing block with right palm
  27. Bring the left foot to the right foot, form closed stance front, bring both back hands in front to lower abdomen in circular motion, hit left palm with right knife-hand
  28. Turn 180° left, move left foot forward, form left walking stance, execute rising block with left knife-hand
  29. Execute high punch front with right fist, maintain left walking stance front
  30. Slide forward, form left L-stance front, execute upset punch front with left fist, bring right side fist front to left shoulder
  31. Move right foot backwards, form left walking stance front, execute high thrust with right angle fingertip
  32. Move left foot shortly left, form right walking stance front, execute rising block with right knife-hand
  33. Turn 180° right, execute high punch front with left fist, maintain right walking stance front
  34. Slide forward, form right L-stance front, execute upset punch front with right fist, bring left side fist front to right shoulder

  36. Execute low guarding block front with reverse knife-hand, circular motion, form left L-stance front, pivot with left foot
  37. Turn 180° left, execute low guarding block front with reverse knife-hand, circular motion, form right L-stance front, pivot with right foot
  38. Execute low block front with right forearm, middle outward block front with left knife-hand, form left walking stance front, slip left foot
  39. Move right foot forward, stamping motion, form right walking stance front, high vertical punch front with twin fist
  40. Pull right reverse footsword to left knee joint, form left one-leg stance front, strike left palm with right back forearm
  41. Execute middle back piercing kick back with right foot, turn 90° right, pull both hands opposite direction
  42. Lower right foot right, form sitting stance right, execute  W-shape block with outer forearm
  43. Slide right, maintain sitting stance front, execute W-shape block with outer forearm
  44. Turn 180° left, move right foot left, stamping motion, form sitting stance front, execute W-shape block with outer forearm
  45. Slide left, maintain sitting stance front, execute W-shape block with outer forearm
  46. Turn 90° left, pull left reverse footsword to right knee joint, form right one-leg stance front, strike right palm with left back forearm
  47. Execute high back piercing kick back with left foot, pull both hands opposite direction
  48. Lower the left foot down, jumping motion, form left X-stance front, execute pressing block with X-fist
  49. Move right foot backwards, form left walking stance front, execute front strike with left under fist
  50. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, execute front strike with right under fist
  51. Execute middle pushing block front with left palm, maintain right walking stance front
  52. Execute circular block left with right knife-hand, form left walking stance
  53. Move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, execute middle pushing block front with right palm
  54. Execute circular block right with left knife-hand, form right walking stance
  55. Turn 90° right, execute high side piercing kick with right foot, form forearm guarding block, lower kick to left foot, form closed stance front, execute twin side back elbow thrust
  56. Move left foot forward, form sitting stance front, execute middle side punch left wiith left fist
  57. Middle punch front with right fist, form left walking stance front, pivot with left foot
