  1. Left foot steps to 10:30 as your left hand parries and traps the right punch.
  2. Right foot circles down to strike with an inverted punch to the attacker’s rib cage.
  3. Left grabs right shoulder from the outside as your pivot your body to 7:30 then throw a right hard bow against the attacker’s right leg to break his balance.
  4. Left hand pulls down against right shoulder, right side fist to 6:00 to attackers head.
