TIBETAN KNEE (AB): GROUND DEFENSE, ON YOUR RIGHT SIDE, ATTACKER AT YOUR FEET.
Defense A:
- Reach forward with your right leg hooking inside the attacker’s right foot.
- Kick towards 12:00 towards your attackers right knee, kick with the instep of your left foot to the back of the attackers knee.
- Roll CCW so that you are flat on your stomach throw a left wheel kick to the back of the attackers head.
- Continue to roll onto your back, strike down with your right then left heel, and roll out into a fighting stance.
Defense B:
- Reach forward with your right leg hooking inside the attacker’s right foot.
- Kick towards 12:00 towards your attackers right knee, kick with the back of your left heel and ankle to the front of the attackers knee.
- Roll CCW so that you are flat on your stomach throw a right wheel kick to the front of the attackers head.
- Continue to roll onto your back, strike down with your left then right heel, roll out into a fighting stance.
