  • Stance forward with your right foot sideward to 3:00. Strike #8.
  • Stance forward with your left foot forward to 3:00. Strike #9.
  • Stance forward with your right foot back behind to 9:00.Strike #8.
  • Stance forward with your left foot forward to 9:00. Strike #9.
  • Stance forward with your right foot forward to 12:00
  • Stance forward with your left foot forward to 12:00. Perform left force to force block.
  • Stance forward with your right foot forward to 12:00. Strike lower left side to your upper right side and it is in a back handed hammer fist motion.
  • Stance forward with your left foot back behind to 3:00. Perform uppercut action delivered from your lower right side to your upper left side.
  • Stance forward with your right foot forward  to 3:00. Strike lower left side to your upper right side and it is in a back handed hammer fist motion.
  • Stance forward with back behind to 9:00. Strike lower left side to your upper right side and it is in a back handed hammer fist motion.
  • Stance forward with your left foot forward to 9:00. Perform uppercut action delivered from your lower right side to your upper left side.
  • Stance forward with your left foot forward to 6:00. Perform double zero #12.
  • Stance forward with your right foot forward to 6:00. Perform right force to force block.
  • Stance forward with your left foot forward to 6:00. Perform left force to force block.
  • Stance forward with your right foot back behind to 3:00.Strike lower left side to your upper right side and it is in a back handed hammer fist motion.
  • Stance forward with your left foot forward to 3:00. Perform uppercut action delivered from your lower right side to your upper left side.
  • Stance forward with your right foot back behind to 9:00. Strike lower left side to your upper right side and it is in a back handed hammer fist motion.
  • Stance forward with your left foot forward to 9:00. Perform uppercut action delivered from your lower right side to your upper left side.
  • Stance sideward with your right foot stepped horse to 3:00. Strike #4.
  • Stand in a ready position with your right foot forward to 12:00.
