  1. Ready stance
  2. Without stepping, inhale raising both hands chest, left hand top of right hand, without stepping, exhale executing, wing spreading posture twisting palms outward
  3. Quickly bring two hands down abdomen, raise up past chest, head continue circling arms outward, forming hands knuckle-fists, reach bottom of circle, complete movement, right tiger stance, quickly execute double knuckle uppercut
  4. Pivot place right front stance, execute left knifehand twist block
  5. Slowly, powerfully twist, pull opponent’s wrist, left hand, continue pulling step forward left foot, left front stance, slowly, powerfully execute right punch
  6. Without stepping, execute right knifehand twist block
  7. Without stepping, slowly twist, pull opponent’s wrist with right hand, continue pulling, step forward with right foot, right front stance, slowly, powerfully execute left punch
  8. Without stepping, execute left single knifehand, twist block slowly twist, pull opponent’s wrist with left hand
  9. Pivoting right foot, execute left side kick, kihap, set left foot left front stance, execute left low block
  10. Step forward with right foot, right front stance, execute right punch
  11. Step with left foot, turn 270° counterclockwise, right back stance, execute left augmented outward block
  12. Raise left arm, circle up above head outward, breaking opponent’s grip wrist, chamber fist at waist, upcoming side punch, without stepping, execute a left side punch
  13. Raise left arm up outward, breaking opponent’s grip wrist, simultaneously stepping forward with right foot, complete step forward left back stance, execute right side punch
  14. Step with right foot, turn 180° clockwise, left back stance, execute right augmented outward block
  15. Raise right arm, circle it above head outward, breaking opponent’s grip wrist, chamber fist waist, upcoming side punch, without stepping, execute a right side punch
  16. Raise right arm upward, outward, breaking opponent’s grip wrist, simultaneously stepping forward with left foot, complete step forward right back stance, execute left side punch
  17. Stepping with left foot, turn 90° counterclockwise, left front stance, execute right inner, forearm twisting block
  18. Without stepping, execute left punch
  19. With left foot fixed, execute right front kick, set right foot down, right front stance, execute right punch
  20. Slide right foot back, left back stance, execute double knifehand low block
  21. Shuffle quickly forward, right foot first, left foot, execute right inward block, slap right forearm with left palm, arms cross, continue shuffling forward, moving right foot forward, left back stance, execute right augmented low block, slap right forearm with left palm arms cross
  22. Slide right foot forward horse-riding, stance, execute right diamond side punch
  23. Jumping spinning target kick, shift weight right foot, life left leg, rotate body counterclockwise, body rotates air, left leg begins drop, right leg rises kick, simultaneously, left arm extends form target,  left foot lands first, before touches ground, right foot must strike target, having turned 360° air, land with right foot forward horse-riding stance, execute right diamond side punch
  24. Without stepping, pivot 180° counterclockwise right back stance, execute left knifehand, mountain block
  25. Without stepping, turn 180° clockwise left back stance, execute right knifehand, mountain block
  26. Slide left foot closed stance, bring hands overlap front lower abdomen, continue raising hands front chest, face, overhead, circling outward, hands reach height of torso, step right foot forward right tiger stance, execute mountain pushing posture
  27. Slide right foot back closed stance, bring hands overlap in front lower abdomen, continue raising hands in front chest, face, overhead, circling outward, hands reach height of torso, step left foot forward, left tiger stance, execute mountain pushing posture
