  1. Start overlapping hands ready position
  2. Slide left foot, left parallel stance, slowly perform low knifehand opening block
  3. WIthout  stepping, slowly perform pushing hands
  4. Step right with right foot,turn 90° right, left back stance, right low knifehand block
  5. Pivot 180° counterclockwise, right back stance, left low knifehand block
  6. Slide left foot forward, left front stance, right elbow uppercut
  7. With left foot fixed execute, right front kick, set right foot down, pivot right foot 90° clockwise, perform left turning side kick, continuing clockwise rotation, pivot another 90°, place left foot down left back stance, rightward double knifehand block
  8. Without stepping, execute low knifehand block
  9. Looking right, pivot counterclockwise 90° horse stance, rightward augmented high side block
  10. Looking right, without stepping, twist body right, lift right leg, stomp right foot back down horse stance again, right pulling backfist jaw strike, without stepping execute, left pulling backfist strike
  11. Looking right, move left foot rightward front right foot cross stance, double elbow side strike
  12. Looking right, move right foot rightward horse stance, opening mountain block
  13. Looking right, raise right leg crane stance, diamond block (left arm high), looking right, without  stepping, execute left small hinge block
  14. Looking right, crane stance extend right leg right side kick, pivot clockwise, set right foot down, pivot right front stance, left elbow uppercut
  15. With right foot fixed execute left front kick, set left foot down, pivot left foot 90° counterclockwise, right turning side kick, continuing counterclockwise rotation, pivot another 90°, place right foot down, right back stance, leftward double knifehand block
  16. Without stepping, execute low knifehand block
  17. Looking left, pivot clockwise 90° horse stance, leftward augmented high side block
  18. Looking left without stepping, twist body left, lift left leg, stomp left foot back down horse stance again, left pulling backfist jaw strike, without stepping, execute right pulling backfist strike
  19. Looking left, move right foot leftward front left foot cross stance, double elbow side strike
  20. Looking left, move left foot leftward horse stance, opening mountain block
  21. Looking left, raise left leg crane stance, diamond block (right arm high), looking left, without  stepping, execute right small hinge block
  22. Looking left, crane stance extend left leg left side kick, set left down, left front stance, right elbow target strike
  23. Step left foot turn right 90°, finish overlapping hands position
