- Ready stance
- Step Left foot back, do a Right Downward strike
- Step left foot forward then to the left into squat, do a Left back-spear strike, then forward spear strike
- Turn to face Left, do an over-head high block, Left hand forward
- Step Right foot forward, do a right low sweep strike
- Step the Right foot backward, cross-step behind the left foot then spin to the right, keep Bo low to ground
- Step right foot forward, do a Right Row-the-boat strike
- Slide right foot back 1/2 step, do a right scoop block
- Turn 1/2 turn to face left, draw the Bo to right side of body with right hand low
- Stomp the right foot forward, do a right downward strike
- Slide right foot back 1/2 step, do a right scoop block
- Step Left foot to right, draw the Bo to the right side, right hand low
- Stomp the right foot forward, do a right downward strike
- Slide right foot back 1/2 step, do a right scoop block
- Step Left foot to right, draw the Bo to the right side, right hand low
- Stomp the right foot forward, do a right downward strike
- Step Left foot forward then to the left into a squat, do a left low pole block
- Without moving, do a downward spear strike to the position you just did the pole block
- Shift stance to face Left, do an over-head high block left hand forward
- Step right foot forward, do a Right full sweep strike
- Without moving, do a full Row-the-boat strike
- Without moving, do a Left side up/down strike
- About turn Left, into an over-head high block with left hand forward
- Step right foot forward, do a Right full sweep strike
- Without moving, do a full Row-the-boat strike
- Without moving, do a Left side up/down strike
- Without moving, do a full Row-the-boat strike Slide right foot back 1/2 step, do a right scoop block
- Step Left foot forward then to the left into a squat, do a left low pole block
- Without moving, do a downward spear strike to the position you just did the pole block
- Shift stance to face Left, do an over-head high block left hand forward
- Step right foot forward, do a Right full sweep strike
- Without moving, do a full Row-the-boat strike
- Draw the Bo back to the left side sliding the right foot back, then slide right foot forward into a lunge spear strike
- Slide the right foot back 1/2 step into right scoop block
- Step right foot backward cross-step behind the left, look left then raise the left knee and stomp down to the left into a squat
- Do a right, left cross-strike
- Turn Right to face right into a side pole block left hand high
- Slide right foot forward, do a full over-head two-handed downward strike.
- Slide right foot back 1/2 step into a scoop block
- Finish with a Left over right side block.
