- Perform the Kenpo Salute
- First Fold
- From meditation stance, step with the right leg out to low horse stance.
- Inward blocks right, left
- Outward blocks right, left
- Upward blocks right, left
- Downward blocks right, left
- Brush perry right, left
- Universal block right, left
- Inverted inward downward block right, left
- Push down right, left
- Second Fold
- Right leg steps into a rear crossing stance
- Spin to face the rear
- Step out with the left leg to a low horse stance
- Straight punch right, left
- Upper cut right, left
- Cross Elbow right left
- Back fist to the right, left
- Rising elbow with the right, left
- Crossing chops right, left
- Palm strike right, left
- Hammer fist right, left
- Third Fold
- Draw up to a cat stance to the right
- Right front kick
- Right Side kick
- Right hook kick
- Right roundhouse kick
- Right outward crescent kick
- Right inward crescent kick
- Right axe kick
- Right back kick
- Fourth Fold
- Crossing stance with the left foot, spin to a cat stance to the left
- Left front kick

- Step back with the left leg to a horse stance, Right inward chop

- Draw up to a cat stance with the left leg
- Step forward outward block as you punch
- Font kick punch
- Land forward with a punch
- Seventh Form
- Draw up to a cat stance with the right leg
- Step forward outward block as you punch
- Front kick punch
- Land forward with a punch
- Eighth Fold
- Turn facing the front and step out to a deep horse stance
- Meditate with the rounded arms inward for 30 beats
- Turn the rounded arms outward and meditate for 30 beats
- Tuck the elbows down and meditate for 30 beats
- Turn the palms downward and meditate for 30 beats
- Kenpo Meditation for 30 beats

- Bow
