Write a 6-10 page (1500-2000 word) research paper about one of the following topics. Before deciding on a topic, please discuss with your instructor your chosen topic for approval.

  • What are the three most important fundamental concepts of CMATOS?
  • What are the three most important techniques of CMATOS?
  • What are the fundamental differences between CMATOS and traditional American Kenpo Karate?
  • Describe the history and concepts taught in any of the Shokyu Denshi forms.
  • What is the history and lineage of CMATOS?
  • Another research topic approved by your instructor related to the fundamentals and history of CMATOS.

Papers must be grammatically correct (www.grammarly.com) and free from plagiarism. You should cite use a minimum of 4 sources in your work (citations must be other than Wikipedia).

Junior students (under 14) may opt to write a short 1 page report on a topic of their choosing, or record a 1-2 minute video speach about one of the topics above.
