BROKEN WING: SHOULDER GRAB FROM THE RIGHT SIDE

Defense :

  1. Right foot steps to 3:00 as your pivot to face 3:00 followed by a left Ridgehand to neck with your right hand in chamber.
  2. Shuffle to 3:00 as your left hand grabs attackers left shoulder and pulls them toward your.
  3. Right inverted punch to rib cage then a left wrist strike to neck, hook neck as you pivot to face 9:00.
  4. Left hand grabs attackers left shoulder and pulls them past the right side of your body followed by a right chop to the back of the neck.
